Our Promise to You
Every Sree Rituals product is carefully prepared in small batches under Ayurvedic guidance and quality-checked before dispatch. Our intention is that you feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
If something is not right, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.
Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.
If your product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description
Where confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
To support claims, we recommend recording a parcel opening video as evidence.
Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use by applying a small amount to the inner wrist and waiting 24 hours.
As individual skin responses vary, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Please review the full ingredient list carefully before purchase, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologise.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange the correct item to be sent with express shipping at no additional cost.
International Orders
We ship worldwide with careful packaging to support safe transit.
Please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with ACL provisions.
