All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience high order volumes or delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days
Australia (Express Shipping): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Sree Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Delays
Lost parcels
Additional charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We are not liable for packages lost or delayed in transit after dispatch. However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier service.
